By using the Site, submitting a contact or estimate request form, or engaging us for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business or property owner, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Lehigh Acres Lanai Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom construction, patio enclosures, screen room installation, and related outdoor living services to homeowners in Southwest Florida. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties before work begins. The information on the Site is for general reference only and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any specific outcome.
Written estimates provided by Lehigh Acres Lanai Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Estimates are not final contracts. Actual project costs may vary due to factors discovered during construction, changes in material prices, scope changes requested by the client, or unforeseen site conditions such as soil instability or existing structural issues.
Any material changes to the scope or price of a project will be presented in a written change order before additional work proceeds. We will not perform work outside the agreed scope without your written approval.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit approval timelines, weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling demands. We will notify you of any significant changes to your projected start date as soon as we are aware of them.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project after signing a contract, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any deposits paid for materials already ordered or work already performed may not be refundable, as outlined in your written contract. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be described in the contract you sign before work begins.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to thunderstorms, tropical storms, and hurricanes. No additional charges will be applied for weather-related delays.
Payment terms for each project are specified in the written contract signed before work begins. Typical arrangements include a deposit at contract signing, one or more progress payments during construction, and a final payment upon project completion.
Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work, defined as the point at which the work is usable for its intended purpose and any remaining items are minor. A client may not withhold final payment due to items that are cosmetic in nature or that are the result of normal construction variation.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Lehigh Acres Lanai Sunrooms & Patios will obtain all required building permits through the appropriate county or municipal authority before beginning structural work. The client is responsible for providing accurate information about property ownership and HOA requirements. If an HOA approval is required and is not obtained prior to construction, the client bears responsibility for any resulting fines, modification requirements, or delays.
Any warranty coverage applicable to your project will be specified in your written contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship for a defined period after project completion and may include manufacturer warranties on specific materials or products.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to hurricanes, flooding, acts of God, improper maintenance by the client, modifications made by third parties after project completion, or normal wear and tear.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lehigh Acres Lanai Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any service agreement, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or property damage beyond the direct cost of the work performed.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Lehigh Acres Lanai Sunrooms & Patios or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Lehigh Acres Lanai Sunrooms & Patios related to services rendered or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice of the dispute.
If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation before pursuing litigation. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
